About Ronda and William- The Sting Team

Ronda and William Sting are the full-time real estate professionals that make up the Sting Team.  We want to take the load off your shoulders when buying or selling a home. The Sting Team offers you knowledge, experience, and technology to improve your real estate transaction experience. Ronda and William have completed the Graduate REALTOR's Institute giving them the designation of GRI.  This was a comprehensive education covering many subjects in real estate.  In 2019 Ronda and William both took broker's training of 90 classroom hours and were licensed as Executive Brokers with Crye-Leike REALTORS, Conway. 

 

We service the Faulkner, Conway, Perry, Van Buren, Cleburne, Pulaski, Saline, and Lonoke Counties and the surrounding areas. Our specialties are First-time buyers, investment properties, and marketing homes for maximum profit.  Ronda and William have been married since 1999 and raised 3 children together. Ronda is originally from Mason City Iowa.  William grew up in Wynne, Arkansas. Ronda and William have been in the real estate industry for many years as property managers and buying and selling their own personal properties.  

 

Ronda and William are well-acquainted with the local housing market and have been active in real estate since the 1980s for William and 1990s for Ronda. We are constantly expanding our real estate education to offer not just good service but outstanding customer service. 

 

Ronda is a member of the National Organization of Professional Organizers She can provide useful suggestions for sellers when listing their home and buyers too.  William retired from the Little Rock Fire Department in January 2020 after 32 years of service.  William has built over 30 homes which is a great resource for understanding the nuts and bolts of the home you are looking at.  Together they have flipped several houses in Faulkner and Conway Counties.  Ronda and William are licensed to do business in Arkansas.  License # EB00077180 & EB00077181.
